And that is precisely where our Optional Admin Services solution can comes in real handy. With it, your virtual server will be added to our own custom monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the critical tasks. And in case of any service problem, our server administrators will be alerted automatically and they will fix the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Server is not the simplest task in this world. You will either have to use a different server or your computer, alternatively make use of a third–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier option with our Optional Admin Services package. We will make a full backup of your virtual server every single week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any valuable information. And we can always retrieve a backup really fast. All our backups are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and might require some additional setup from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services solution will help you out. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our knowledgeable server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software package that you desire. Alternatively have him rectify a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
